Unless authorized by a school administrative unit (SAU) with an enrollment of more than 500 students, MEVA will not enroll more than 10 percent of the SAU’s students per grade level in each of the first three years of operation. MEVA’s admission policies will prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, income level, disabling condition, proficiency in the English language, or academic or athletic ability.
